Dr. Massimiliano Di Giosia is a graduate of the University “G.d’Annunzio”, School of Dentistry - Chieti, Italy. He completed a residency program in Orofacial Pain at the University of Kentucky-Orofacial Pain Center, directed by Prof. Jeffrey Okeson, in 2007 and an Orthodontic residency program at the University of Cagliari , Italy, in 2011. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain since 2008, a certified expert by the European Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and a Fellow of the American Headache Society. Currently he is a Clinical Associate Professor at the Indiana University School of Dentistry (IUSD) in Indianapolis where he is responsible for clinical and teaching activities in orofacial pain and dental sleep medicine. He also has a faculty practice limited to the management of patients with TMD, chronic orofacial pain, snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. Before joining IUSD he was a clinical associate professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill..
